Purpose Driven Requirements - we finalize requirements, RFPs, quotes, schedule and accommodate your process and equipment needs into an integrated plan

Program Management - we manage the project will all contractors, equipment providers, facilities and through Lean Capital Deployment endeavor to reduce build costs.

Manage

Launch support - we augment staffing as required and are experienced in launching product in an APQP or AS9100 environment; we can manage / support the project or staff with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, MP&L and hourly labor as required.

Facilities and Equipment support - we are experienced in setting up facility and Preventive Maintenance programs including spares, maintenance schedule and local vendors

Supplier Management - we support localizing suppliers in the event of a move and in general are highly experienced in setting up the technical side (windows, safety stocks, reorder points etc.) and practical side (material flow, placement for flow, problem suppliers) of supplier management.

Develop your data driven strategy - we align your manufacturing and logistics needs to your supply base, new customers and /or new technologies

Scenario Analysis - we develop solutions accounting for multiple variables (labor costs, incentives, permitting in region etc.) with accurate budgetary estimates so you can develop credible plans

Estimation - we develop design details, estimates, business cases through requirements and RFP packages and select contractors from our database and lessons learned

Example Projects

Our client. a major trailer equipment manufacturer was looking to increase the volume of their production while simultaneously improving the COGS and quality performance. The focus of this effort was automation and material flow. The design included a single warehouse with efficient distribution to point of use either to a central line or to specific sub-assemblies in a repurposed 250,000 sq-ft facility. Over 50 robotic systems were selected, and would be installed, programmed and launched as part of this effort. The process was fully defined, layout scenarios completed, A&E work completed and bid packages developed on time and on budget as the deliverables for this phase of the program.

Build

We take pride in the success of our clients. By designing and building efficient manufacturing solutions we have helped companies streamline their operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Our client here is a large Automotive OE on their journey to deliver electrical vehicle solutions. We have augmented their staff with Project Engineering and Scheduling personnel to support their efforts in creating (3) greater than 2 Million square feet facilities working with their A&E and General Contractor and acting as an owner's representative in this exceptionally large project.

Manage

Innovation is at the core of everything we do. We constantly strive to find new and better ways to design and build manufacturing value chains that meet the evolving needs of our clients. In this example, our client was a large transportation provider experiencing difficulty due to Supplier and Operations issues post COVID 19. Following an assessment we developed amd delivered a multi-pronged approach (i) augmenting staff with key roles to establish understanding of the material situation (they had enough engines in stock for years); (ii) aligning reduced demand due to Operations performance (negotiating returns and pull ins), (iii) revising the warehouse strategy and managing procurement and warehousing through placements and staffing of hourly and indirect staff and (iv) this allowed the OE customer to focus on Operations and staff accordingly.
